Founded it in 2018, we have been working with clients ranging from national mortgage companies to local lenders, attorneys and law offices to individual homeowners.
Whether it is an older home in the Old North End, a suburban home in Cordera or a home under construction in Meridian Ranch, a custom luxury home in Sanctuary Pointe or a factory-built homestead on acreage in Eastern El Paso County, our knowledge of El Paso County neighborhoods make us qualified to provide home valuations for all residential properties and a large variety of purposes.

Dorit White moved to Colorado Springs from Germany in 1997 as a military spouse and has been working in real estate appraising since 2016. She has explored Colorado and the Pikes Peak region in the last quarter century and is very familiar with all parts of the Colorado Springs Metro area.
Dorit is a board member of the Colorado Association of Real Estate Appraisers (CAREA) and active in the running of their regular meetings and behind-the-scenes communications and organization. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Science - Business with a focus on Information Systems from the University of Colorado in 2001.
She lives with her family and a "gaggle" of farm animals in Black Forest. In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors at home and in the Colorado mountains.
Dorit’s office assistant Rebecca has lived in the Colorado Springs area since 2014. A former military spouse, she crafted a unique career in electrical engineering, website development, teaching, and registered nursing. Originally from North Dakota, and fluent in Norwegian, she has lived in 5 states and 2 countries. Rebeca has a BSc in Electrical Engineering, BSN in Nursing, and MSc in Space Studies. Rebecca assists with research, report data, floor plan sketches, and communication tasks. Outside of the office, she enjoys reading, skiing, roller derby, and occasional goat yoga.
